We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Lindale, Texas. This is a steady, well-supported emergency department with consistent coverage needs and a collaborative clinical environment.
This opportunity is open to Emergency Medicine–trained physicians as well as Family Medicine physicians with strong Emergency Department experience.

• 12-hour physician shifts
• Long-term assignment with ongoing coverage needs
• Multiple shift patterns available
• Advanced Practice Provider support in place
• EMR system in use
• No call requirements

Clinical Environment
• Approximately 21,000+ annual ED volume
• Around 60 patients per day
• Emergency Department with fast-track capability
• Low trauma acuity
• EMS volume approximately 10–15%
• Patients requiring higher levels of care are transferred to a tertiary facility
• Limited specialty backup on site; specialty consults available through transfer system
• 24/7 CT coverage with remote reads

Candidate Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred
• Family Medicine MDs will be considered if they have:
• Strong Emergency Department experience
• Active ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA required
• Current ACLS required
• ATLS and PALS required for FM-trained physicians practicing in the ED

• 12-hour shifts
• Minimum shift commitment required
• Start date based on provider availability and credentialing
• Assignment length with potential for extension

• Standard credentialing process
• Typical credentialing timeframe discussed upon submission
• Orientation and EMR training provided
• Full onboarding support throughout the assignment
