Coverage Details
-- Three providers needed
-- Dual-facility assignment
-- Emergency credentialing available
Shift Description
-- Varied shifts: 7a–7p, 7a–3p, 7p–7a, 10a–9p, 1p–9p, 3p–11p
-- Morning and night coverage needed
-- Weekend coverage required
-- 12-hour, 8-hour, and 11-hour shifts available
Requirements
-- Active Massachusetts license – Highly Preferred
-- BLS, ACLS, ATLS
-- ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
-- Clean background for quick credentialing
-- Candidate must be local
Assignment Details
-- APP coverage available
-- Admissions handled by hospitalist or admitting service
-- ED responsible for monitoring paramedics/ambulance via radio
-- 30% of ED patients admitted daily
-- On-call physician response time: 30 minutes
-- Not responsible for codes
-- Deliveries sent directly to Labor & Delivery
-- Trauma Level: 3
-- Total Beds: 32
-- Annual ER Volume: 55,000
-- EMR: Meditech
