A community teaching hospital in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team. The physician will float between two hospital sites, providing high-quality emergency care. Morning and night shifts are the biggest need, with flexible scheduling options including 8, 11, and 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency care for a Level III Trauma Center

  • Manage emergency department patients; codes are not the responsibility of the physician

Qualifications

βœ… Required Qualifications – Emergency Medicine Physician

ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) πŸŽ“

Active Massachusetts medical license preferred πŸ“„

BLS, ACLS, ATLS certifications 🩺

Clean background and ability to provide Self-Query NPDB

Local provider; no flights required ✈️🚫

Availability to work morning and night shifts in two hospital locations

Experience working in Level III Trauma Center or similar environment

Ability to collaborate with APPs, hospitalists, and ED team members 🀝
