Wave Health Partners is excited to share an Emergency Medicine Physician opportunity near Birmingham, AL.
- Contract: 1099 - FT (12 shifts/month) or PT (6 shifts/month)
- Rate: $300/hr
- Location: near Birmingham, AL
- Facility: 25 bed ED
- Annual ED Volume: 28,000
- 30% admission rate
- Coverage:
- Physician:
- 12-hour Physician shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a)
- Support: APP’s, Hospitalist
- Physician:
- EMR System: EMR + M-Modal for dictation
- Active Alabama License
- Life Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and/or PALS
- Board Certification:
- ABEM or AOBEM certification/eligibility
- At least 2 years ER experience plus ABIM/AOBIM, or ABGS certification/eligibility
- At least 1,000 hours ER experience (OR 1-year EM Fellowship) plus ABFM/ABOFM certification/eligibility
