- Annual ED Volume: 40,000
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma center
- Requirements: BC/BE in EM, FM, or IM with 2 years of emergency medicine experience, Active Ohio license and DEA, or IMLC, ATLS
- No temporary privileges allowed
- 90-day privileging timeframe
