We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a single 12-hour night shift in North Carolina. This assignment is ideal for a local or regional provider looking to pick up a high-yield shift with provided housing and an incredibly fast-track credentialing process.
Position Overview
- Specific Date: Sunday, March 22, 2026
- Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Credentialing: 14-Day Accelerated Timeline
Clinical Setting & Support
- Staffing Model: Solo Physician coverage supported by 2 Mid-levels (split coverage).
- Patient Volume: Physicians typically see 18–20 patients per 12-hour shift.
- Department Stats: 32,000 Annual Volume; 90–100 daily patients department-wide.
- Facility Features: Open ICU.
- EMR: MediTech 6.1.
Candidate Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Emergency Medicine.
- Licensure: Active North Carolina (NC) Medical License.
- Mandatory Enrollment: Must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.
