Emergency Medicine Physician - Findlay, Ohio
THE OPPORTUNITY
A 150-bed acute care facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team. This employed position offers excellent work-life balance with a manageable schedule and strong support staff.
The facility is a licensed, 150-bed acute care facility that features a full range of services, including inpatient medical/surgical care, 24-hour emergency care, outpatient surgery, robotic surgery, total joint replacement and diagnostic services.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Potential to earn up to an additional quarterly bonus based on patient satisfaction scores and department metrics

THE ROLE
- Full-time position: 120 hours per month
- 9-10 hour shifts
- EMR: Cerner
- Strong nursing staff support
- Work collaboratively with APCs
- No on-call duties
REQUIREMENTS
- MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- IM/FM with ED experience also considered
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well with APCs
- New grads (2025) accepted
