Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including one full-time midlevel and two PRNs, and four full-time physicians.
• Supervise midlevel providers on duty.
• Attend and provide support for house codes with the hospitalist team.
• Facilitate patient admissions in coordination with hospitalists.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice with substantial ER experience.
• Current and unrestricted Michigan medical license.
• Compliance with health requirements (flu vaccine, COVID-19 documentation, TB tests, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP).
• ACLS/PALS certification required for non-EM boarded physicians.
• DEA certification and clean background essential.
