- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, 6+ shifts per month
- Preferred Schedule: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- Worksite Setting: FSED (Free standing Emergency Department)
- Scope of Work: Emergency medicine, 14,000 annual volume. 9 Bed ED
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active TX State Medical License, DEA (with TX address). Board Certified in ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM. EM Residents are not required to have ATLS, ACLS or PALS. FM & IM are required to have ACLS, ATLS & PALS. CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, TB, FLU, Hep B, MMR, Varicella Immunization records. 8 hours of Stroke CME and 8 hours of Trauma CME taken in person
