- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing.
- Preferred Schedule: 12-hr shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a), must be willing to work days & nights
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Level IV Trauma Center, 16 ED Beds, 4 for lower acuity, 15,000 annual ED volume. Volume projected 25000 at Memorial, 39000 at Sierra and 45000 at East.
- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active TX License, DEA (with TX address), Board Certified in CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO
- EMR: Cerner
