- Work Dates Needed: 6+ shifts ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 7a-7p;7p-7a
- Worksite Setting: 1 Hospital, 2 FSED, 24,900 – 25,900 annual volume
- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC , ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts), Texas License, DEA (with TX Address), ACLS, ATLS & PALS. CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB/FLU. Annually must have 8 hrs of Stroke CME and 8 hrs of Trauma CME
- EMR: Cerner
