Seeking a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage due to a recruitment gap. This opportunity is part of a provider Float Pool supporting open PRN Emergency Department shifts. Once accepted, available dates will be distributed via email.

Number of ED Beds: 20
Annual ED Volume: ~9,000 visits
Average Patients per Day: 30
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner
Staffing Model: Full Emergency Department staff support
Clinical Operations
Admissions:
70% of total hospital admissions originate from the ED
1% of ED patients admitted per day
1% of ED patients transferred per day
Fast Track:
Available and staffed by MD
0% of total ED volume treated by Fast Track
On-Call & Coverage Details:
ED staff does not respond to house codes
Hospitalists write admission orders
No supervision of other healthcare providers required
