We are seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician for an outstanding opportunity in Vidalia, Georgia, joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team within one of the region’s leading hospitals. Responsibilities
- Provide timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for emergency department patients
- Manage a full scope of emergency medicine cases, including medical and traumatic emergencies
- Perform and/or oversee emergency procedures based on patient needs
- Collaborate with nursing staff, consultants, and inpatient teams for admissions and transfers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives
Qualified Candidates
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Georgia medical license (free of restrictions, probationary terms, or conditions)
- Current
or willing to obtain unrestricted DEA registration
