Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients.
- Supervise and guide a full ED staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage approximately 30 patients per day.
- Utilize Cerner EHR for efficient patient documentation.
- Perform procedures as required within the practice descriptions.
- Collaborate with hospitalists for smooth admissions and transfer processes.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (open to IM/FM with 2+ years of recent EM experience).
- Must hold a valid Michigan medical license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications.
- Must have a clean background for quick credentialing.
- Local candidates preferred; no exceptions will be made.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Michigan medical license - required at the time of clearance.
- Board Certification - required.
- BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications - required.
