We are actively building a Float Pool of Emergency Medicine Physicians to cover PRN locum shifts across multiple hospital-based Emergency Departments in Michigan, including:

📍 Grand Ledge
📍 West Branch

• Setting: Hospital-based Emergency Department (Inpatient)

• Coverage Type: Locum / PRN / Float Pool

• Reason for Coverage: Recruitment Gap

• EMR System: Cerner

• Full ED staff support available

🔹 Clinical Environment (Typical Site Profile)

• Average patients per day: ~30

• ED beds: ~20

• Annual ER volume: ~9,000

• Free-standing ED setting

• Fast Track available (staffed by MD)

• Hospitalist manages admission orders

• No supervision of other providers required

24/7 availability of:

• Radiology

• Laboratory

• OR

• Specialty services

✅ Requirements (Mandatory)

• Board Certified EM Physician

  • Open to IM/FM with 2+ years recent EM experience

• Michigan State License – REQUIRED

• BLS / ACLS / ATLS – REQUIRED

• Local providers only – REQUIRED

• Clean background – REQUIRED

• NPDB self-query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
