Join a busy Emergency Department in Bay City, MI. We’re seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician (IM/FM considered with 2+ years of recent ED experience) for locum coverage.
Details:
- Shifts: 0600–1600, 0900–2100, 1400–0000, 2000–0600
- No call required
- Patient volume: ~80/day (1.8/hr per physician)
- APP coverage: 12 hours daily
- Full ED support: nursing, techs, radiology, lab
- EHR: Cerner
Requirements:
- Active MI license (IMLC not accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- NPDB self-query
- Local candidates only
Skills:
Emergency procedures including airway management, central/arterial lines, EKG interpretation, suturing, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, and more.
