- Full-Time/ Permanent Role
- Mon-Fri schedule - 7:30-5pm
- Ideal candidate will have experience with Medicare Advantage and managing with own patient panel
- Duties include; providing exceptional geriatric primary care to the adult population
- 2 years of related experience required
- Kentucky license in hand
