Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: 1 year from start
- Schedule: Morning, Mid, and Night 10-hour shifts
Clinical Details
- Number of Beds: 173
- Average Patient Census: 89
- Daily Admissions: 16.9 billable admission encounters
- Annual ER Admissions: 3240
- Not a trauma center
- Normal acuity
- Follow-up Cases: Outpatient
- Standard ED procedures/patients
- Support Staff: Nursing, APPs
- EM Physicians per Shift: 1-2 plus APPs
Requirements
- Will take new graduates
- Case logs needed
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- Will accept Non-ABEM with EM experience
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
- Active KY license
