Envision is seeking an accomplished Site Emergency Department Chair/Medical Director who is ready to make a lasting impact. The Chair will lead the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Departments at Morristown Medical Center (MMC) by assuring quality clinical care, creating efficient operations, supporting an outstanding EM residency and EM fellowships (ultrasound, EMS, PEM), which include a robust research program, provide meaningful professional development for staff and serve the needs of the community. In so doing, the Chair will attain stellar results on metrics identified by MMC and position the hospital for success in the changing healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 15 years of EM experience, both Operations and Academic.
• Prior & demonstrated experience leading and developing residency/fellowship programs and running EM operations.
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Eligibility for New Jersey physician licensure.
