Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Up to 1 year
- Shift Times: 6am-6pm, 10am-10pm, 6pm-6am
- Cover main facility and FSER
Clinical Details
- 45,000 patient visits annually
- 28-beds including bariatric and private rooms
- EMR: Cerner
- 36 hours of physician coverage and 40 hours of APP coverage
- Support Staff: Friendly and supportive nursing staff
- No trauma or OB/GYN
- Low pediatric volume (6%)
- Large adult and senior volume with high acuity-support from hospitalist team
Requirements
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
- Active FL license
- Availability within the next 60-90 days
