Assignment Details Start Date 1/17/2026 End Date 4/9/2026 Coverage Type No call Schedule 10-hour shifts, 11:00a–9:00p Practice Setting Emergency department Average Daily Volume Approximately 20 patients per day ED Volume Approximately 20,000 visits annually ED Beds 25 Trauma Level Provisional Level IV Admissions Approximately 8 percent of ED volume Transfers Approximately 2 percent of ED volume Support Staff One full-time NP and two PRN PAs Supervising Physician Present On site at all times EMR Cerner Clinical Details Emergency medicine coverage with independent patient evaluation and management Physician available for consultation as needed Broad ED case mix including adult and pediatric presentations Initial stabilization and coordination of transfer for higher-acuity cases Participation in ED response to house codes when applicable Standard emergency procedures and clinical decision-making Requirements Board Certification Board certified NP or PA Active Michigan license required DEA required ACLS required PALS required Extensive emergency department experience required Local provider required Clean history Compensation Rates Facility is accepting bids Malpractice Provided Travel Reimbursed
