• Join a well-established, physician-owned private Emergency Medicine group with 30+ years of service
• Group size: 24 Emergency Medicine physicians
• 100% democratic physician group
• EM-trained Board-Certified or Board-Eligible candidates only
• Full partnership after year 2
• Work schedule: - 16 shifts per month - 8-hour shifts - Typical mix: 14 day shifts / 2 night shifts
• Dedicated nocturnist team (4 nocturnists)
• Practice across two emergency departments: - 40-bed ED - 36-bed ED
• Annual ED volumes: - ~65,000 visits/year - ~45,000 visits/year
• Both sites are Level II Trauma facilities
• Group employs NP/PA support ### Benefits Details
• Compensation structure: - Year 1 salary: $325,000 - Year 2 salary: $350,000 - Partnership beginning Year 3 with average compensation ~$450,000
• Bonuses: - $50,000 sign-on bonus - $50,000 starting incentive
• Relocation assistance: - Actual relocation expenses covered up to $14,000
