Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: At least 6 months
- Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
- Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts
Clinical Details:
- Must be willing to work at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's
- Number of beds: 12 + 4 Fast Track
- Census: 22,000
- Daily Admissions: 30% mainly geriatrics
- Certified Stroke Center
- Meditech
Requirements:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- IM/FP with at least 500 cases in previous 12 months
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
- Active FL license
