LOCUM Emergency Medicine Physician *138891: Northeast, Iowa
- Schedule:
- Shifts per month: 3 - 24-hour shifts/pay period (minimum)
- Shift length: 24 hours; 7 am - 7 am (occasionally 12-hour shifts)
- On Call: in-house coverage
- Open Shifts (must be able to help cover):
- February 6 @ 7 am - February 7 @ 7 am
- February 22 @ 7 am - February 23 @ 7 am
- February 25 @ 7 am - February 28 @ 7 am
- March 1 @ 7 am - March 2 @ 7 am
- March 8 @ 7 am - March 9 @ 7 am
- March 15 @ 7 am - March 16 @ 7 am
- March 18 @ 7 am - March 21 @ 7 am
- March 22 @ 7 am - March 23 @ 7 am
- March 25 @ 7 am - March 28 @ 7 am
- March 29 @ 7 am - March 30 @ 7 am
- Provider daily volume: Average 4 ED patients/day
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Average 4 inpatients (obs, acute, and swingbed)
- Outreach: No
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 4
- Supervision of APPs expected: No
- Nursing Support: 2 RNs for all services
- Ancillary Staff per provider: 1 CNA
- Number Exam Rooms per provider: 3 ED treatment rooms, 20 inpatient beds
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Requirements:
- Board Certified - ABEM or FP/IM with recent EM experience
- Active IA License or Active IMLC
