🚨 Emergency Medicine Physician — 24-Hour Shifts | Full-Time Locums
📍 Dyersville, IA
🩺 Specialty: Emergency Medicine
🏥 Setting: Critical Access Hospital — ED + Inpatient Coverage
👨⚕️ Need: 1 Physician
📆 Schedule: Minimum 3× 24-hr shifts per pay period
🕖 Shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM (some 12-hr shifts as needed)
🛏 In-House Coverage Required — provider sleep room available
📞 On-Call: Yes
📅 Weekend Coverage: As Needed
📅 Current Open Shifts
✨ Ongoing coverage need — including February & March dates

👥 Workload & Support
✔ Average 4 ED patients/day
✔ Average 4 inpatients/day (obs, acute, swing-bed)
✔ No APP supervision required
✔ 2 RNs + 1 CNA onsite support
✔ 3 ED rooms + 20 inpatient beds

✅ ABEM or FM/IM with recent EM experience
✅ Active IA license or IMLC
