Observation, acute, and swing bed
Patient Population Served: ~4,360
Emergency Department: 3 treatment rooms
Inpatient Beds: 20 medical-surgical beds
Staffing & SupportAdvanced Practice Providers: 4
APP Supervision Required: No
Nursing Support: 2 RNs for all services
Ancillary Staff: 1 CNA per provider
Imaging: Medical imaging available
Lab & Pharmacy: On site
Facility DescriptionThe hospital features a 3-bed Emergency Department and a 20-bed medical-surgical unit. Additional services include laboratory, radiology, rehabilitation services, infusion services, and ambulatory surgery.
Required Qualifications (No Exceptions)-
Board Certified ABEM or FP/IM with recent EM experience – Required

Active Iowa license – Required

Clean malpractice and background history – Required
