Are you an Emergency Medicine Physician seeking a private practice opportunity with a clear partnership track, strong compensation, and a collaborative, physician-led environment?
A well-established, 24-physician Emergency Medicine group in Georgia with over 30 years of community service is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join their democratic, physician-owned practice.
What You’ll Do

Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month

Typically 14 daytime shifts and 2 night shifts

Practice at both Emergency Departments, each a Level II Trauma Center

Collaborate with a team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and EM colleagues

Participate in a dedicated nocturnist team (4 physicians) for overnight coverage

Deliver high-quality emergency care in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Why Join Us
✔ Year 1 salary: $325,000; Year 2 salary: $350,000
✔ Average partner compensation: ~$450,000
✔ $50,000 sign-on bonus and $50,000 starting incentive
