Position Overview
Location: Dexter, MO - Cape Girardeau 60m; STL 170m

Compensation
Hourly Rate:
- $235/hour for EM board-certified physicians
- $200/hour for FM or IM board-certified physicians
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

Emergency Department Beds: 10 total, including 4 behavioral health rooms
Annual ED Volume: 8,000+ visits

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO
Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Ability to work independently in a community emergency department setting
Strong clinical skills and team-oriented mindset
