Job Summary
Position: Emergency Medicine Physician
Assignment Duration: 91 days
Start Date: 12/01/2025
End Date: 03/02/2026
Care Setting: Emergency Department
Shifts: 5-10 shifts/month, mostly nights and weekends (7 pm - 7 am, 7 am - 7 pm)
Facility Details: 16-bed ED, 27k/yr ED volume
Key Requirements
Licensure: Ohio State License or IMLC with proof of LOQ
Certifications: Board Certified ABMS/AOA IM/FM, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
Experience: 2+ years recent experience in Emergency Medicine
Vaccination: COVID Vaccination Required
Background: Clean background required
Credentialing Timeline: Minimum 90 days
