Are you a seasoned emergency medicine (EM) physician ready to actively lead an emergency department? If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and welcome a full-time clinical role with administrative leadership responsibilities, this opportunity may be the perfect fit.
In this role, you will oversee the clinical and operational performance of the emergency medicine program, partner closely with hospital leadership, and support a strong culture of collaboration and quality. You will be actively involved in hospital committees, physician engagement, and performance improvement initiatives while continuing hands-on clinical practice in the ED.

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $270 - $280 hourly and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan. You will also receive a monthly medical director stipend. This 1099 independent contractor role is not benefits eligible.
