Coverage Dates & Shift Times • March 29, 2026 @ 8:00 AM – March 30, 2026 @ 8:00 AM

Practice Environment: • Free-standing Emergency Department • Annual ED volume: ~9,000 visits • Average patients per day: 30 • 20-bed facility • Fast Track available and staffed by MD • 0% of total ED volume treated via Fast Track

Staffing & Support: • Full Emergency Department staff support • No supervision of other providers required • ED staff does not respond to house codes • Hospitalist team writes admission orders

Facility Metrics: • 70% of total hospital admissions originate from the ED • 1% of ED patients admitted daily • 1% of ED patients transferred

Systems: • EMR: Cerner

Candidate Requirements: • Board Certified physician required (No BE) • Open to IM or FM physicians with 2+ years of recent Emergency Medicine experience • Active Michigan license required at time of name clear (no IMLC) • BLS – Required • Provider must be local – Required, no exceptions
