Emergency Medicine Physician - Locum Opportunity in Grand Ledge, MI

The facility provides 24/7 lab and radiology services (CT and X-ray), ensuring that you have the support you need for high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide shift coverage for 24-hour or 12-hour shifts (7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM).
• Manage an expected patient volume of ~20 patients per day initially, increasing to ~40 patients by the end of Year 1.
• Utilize available lab services and imaging for effective patient diagnosis.
• Collaborate with surgical services available at the nearby Lansing location.
• Maintain high standards of care, achieving optimal health outcomes for patients.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Proof of ATLS training from residency.
• Valid Michigan medical license.
• Open to new graduates; preference given to local providers.

License and Certification Requirements:

• ABEM or AOBEM board certification is required.
• ATLS certification required.
• Michigan state medical license is required.
• Immunization records (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, Covid documentation, TB, and TDAP) are required.
