- Free-Standing ED
- Annual ED Volume: 9,000
- Patients per Day: ~30
- Beds: 20
- EHR: Cerner
- Fast Track: Yes (staffed by MD)
- Admissions from ED: 70% of total hospital admissions
- ED Admission Rate: 1%
- ED Transfer Rate: 1%
🩺 Clinical Expectations
- Manage typical Emergency Medicine cases
- Perform required ED procedures and skills as outlined in practice description
- Provide high-quality care in a low-volume, efficient setting
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified
- IM or FM accepted with 2+ years of recent EM experience
- Active Michigan License
- BLS
