• Locum EM coverage with intent to transition to permanent role
• Approx. 6 months of locum coverage prior to perm
• EPIC EMR system in use
• No midlevel provider support
• Low-to-moderate acuity with steady patient flow

Job Responsibilities
• Perform high-acuity procedures independently
• Manage adult and pediatric emergencies
• Handle OB/GYN procedures and deliveries as needed
• Ensure timely diagnosis, treatment, and disposition
Qualifications
• Active North Dakota medical license
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS required
• DEA registration required
• Strong procedural and resuscitation experience
Working Hours
• 10–12 hour shift length depending on schedule
• Average 1.4 patients per hour
Skills
• Chest tube placement
• Central line insertion
• Procedural sedation
• Adult & pediatric resuscitation
• OB/GYN procedures and deliveries
