Coverage Needed:
- May 2026 - ongoing
- Peak coverage months are Spring and Summer (April, July and August)
- Full time or part time
- Shift Times: 7a-4p, 10a-9p, 12p-9p, 3p-1a, 4p-2a
Clinical Details:
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 24-hour Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support, Single and Double coverage MD shifts
- Facility Details: 65 beds, 35k annual volume, Level 3 trauma center, 95 patients per day
- Admit/Rounding/Supervising: No admitting responsibilities; handled by hospitalists
- Providers are expected to answer to any Emergency Medicine codes
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be Board-Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- Certifications: ATLS, ACLS
- License: Active New York license required
- Commit to 6-12 shifts per month
