- Start Date: ASAP

- Schedule: Minimum of 10 days a month, preferred one week on/one week off
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: Cerner
- Patients Per Shift: 4-6
- Bed Size: 25
- Trauma Level: 5
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20 mins
- Phone Consults: 1-3
- Call Back %: 1-3
- Admissions: 1-3
- Support Staff: RN: 1-2, MA: 1-2, PA/NPs: 1-2, Office Staff: 1-2
Requirements
- Board Certification Required
- Fellowship Required
- License: Licensed in MT or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
- Experience with critical access and swing bed preferred
- Change in Need - this candidate does not need to be Medical Director
