Procedures / Skills Required
-
Adult & pediatric outpatient care, including newborn resuscitation 👶
-
Orthopedic care for non-displaced fractures, wound management, suturing, incision & drainage
-
Psychiatric evaluation of uncomplicated adults, children/adolescents, geriatric patients 🧠
-
Ventilation management, central line, arterial line, EKG interpretation, arthrocentesis, lumbar puncture, paracentesis
-
EM-related procedures as appropriate for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physicians
Requirements
-
Board-Certified Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) or FM/IM with 2+ years recent ED experience ✅
-
Michigan medical license (no IMLC)
-
Current ACLS, BLS, PALS (FM/IM: ATLS required)
-
Must be local to Michigan – onsite only

Clean malpractice and background history

Able to submit availability for specified shifts
Compensation & Expenses

Hourly Rate: $310/hour
