- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Until further notice. Anticipate 1-2 years.
- Preferred Schedule: On-site, call coverage, weekends, nights, Most 7a-7p and 7p-7a at all sites, There are two 8 hour shifts available per day. No call
- Worksite Setting: inpatient or outpatient.
- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine, Proficiency in all emergency care procedures is required (Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, Orthopedic stabilization, etc.).
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active FL License, EM Board Eligible after successful completion of accredited Residency or FM/IM with 3 years of Experience (for FSEDs only),
- EMR: Meditech.
- Pay Rate Preferred: $290 Per Hour
Additional Details an Emergency Medicine Physician will want to know about a position:
- APP coverage depending on shift and time of day. EM residency program. APP training program as well.
- average patient census: Depends on location. Most FSEDs are 2 patients per hour. Main sites are more variable.
