• Contract Duration: 12 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Annual Emergency Department Volume: 42,000
• Coverage: 36 hours of physician coverage and 36 hours of advanced practice provider (APP) coverage daily

Emergency Medicine Physician Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain a Texas medical license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced emergency department
