• Location: Bay City, Michigan

• Pay Rate: $315/hr

• Coverage: Full malpractice + mileage reimbursement

• Setting: Emergency Department (onsite only)

• Schedule/Shift Options:

  • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• No call — strictly onsite clinical shifts

• Volume: ~80 patients/day; ~1.8 pts/hour per physician

• Support:

  • APP support (12 hours/day)

  • Full nursing & tech staff

  • Full radiology & lab

• EMR: Cerner

🩺 Required Skills & Procedures

Physicians must be comfortable with a wide range of Emergency Medicine skills, including:

• Adult & pediatric outpatient/emergency care

• Newborn resuscitation

• Orthopedic injury management (non-displaced fractures)

• Laceration repair & I&D

• Psychiatric evaluations (uncomplicated)

• Ventilation management

• Central & arterial line placement

• EKG interpretation

• Arthrocentesis, LP, paracentesis

• General ED procedures

✔ Required Qualifications

• Board Certified — EM, or IM/FM with 2+ years recent ED experience

• Active MI license

• Local providers only

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

• Clean background for fast credentialing

• Ability to provide exact shift availability
