Job description
This is a locum-to-permanent Emergency Medicine position providing approximately six months of EM coverage. The physician will work in a Level II Trauma Center with no midlevel support, managing a broad scope of emergency cases across adult and pediatric populations. The role requires strong procedural capabilities and comfort working independently.

Patient Volume: ~1.4 patients per hour
Job Details / Responsibilities
-
Provide full-scope Emergency Medicine care in a hospital-based, Level II Trauma Center setting

Work independently with no midlevel provider support

Utilize EPIC EMR
-
Perform high-acuity EM procedures, including:
-
Intubations
-
Chest tubes
-
Central lines
-
Procedural sedation
-
OB/GYN procedures and deliveries
-
Adult and pediatric resuscitation
-
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Board Certified ABEM – Required
-
Active North Dakota medical license – Required
-
DEA registration – Required
-
PALS, ATLS, ACLS certifications – Required

Must meet credentialing and documentation requirements as part of submission

Strong proficiency in advanced EM procedures and resuscitation across all ages
