Emergency Medicine Physician – Nags Head, North Carolina
Setting: Community Hospital Emergency Department
Position Type: BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician

Licenses & Certifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified – REQUIRED (Emergency Medicine)
- Trained to manage a full-service ED
- Comfortable working in a moderate-volume community setting
- Willing to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends/holidays as scheduled
- Seeking providers who value coastal living + work-life balance
- Team-oriented physicians who can collaborate with APPs
- Open to a stable monthly shift commitment
- Employed by physician group
- Hospital privileges at local community hospital
- 14 shifts per month (10-hour shifts)
- ED team structure: 6 physicians + 9 APPs
- 21-bed Emergency Department
- Annual patient volume: ~23,100 visits/year
- Telestroke support available
