- Schedule: 8-10 shifts per month, day and night shifts available
- Location #1:
- 6a-6p
- 11a-11p or 12p-12a AP Shifts sometimes filled with physician
- 6p-6a
- Location #2:
- 6a-4p
- 7a-6p
- 11a-11p AP Shift sometime filled with physician
- 4p-3a
- 6p-6a
- Shift Times: Night shifts 6p-6a, APPs work 12-hour shifts 11a-11p
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 20-25
- Bed Size in Department: 17
- Trauma Level: 3
- Support Staff: RN - 6, MA - 3, PA/NPs - 1-2, Office Staff - 2
- Support Services Available 24/7: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology
- Additional Support: Cardiology, Nephrology, Surgery, Podiatry, Ortho, Peds, Urology, Tele Neurology, Hospitalist
Requirements
- Board Certification: Certified
- Board Certification must be for specialty on AR set to: Yes
- License: Licensed in OK, or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Required
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
- The facility is looking for locums who can do nights and weekends, with and active license and EM boarded
