- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 12hr shifts, 6a-6p / 6p-6a
- 8-10 shifts per month of coverage needed
- Providers willing to work nights preferred
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient
- Scope of Work:
- 40k annual volume
- Avg 20-25 patients per shift
- Trauma 3
- 15% admission rate
- 17 beds
- Admissions not required
- Support Staff: 6 RNs, 1-2 APPs, 3 MAs,
- Supervision not required
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OK license (IMLC not accepted), ABEM, ACLS, BLS, PALS,
- EMR: Epic
