Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes, at MercyOne Elkader Medical Center Outreach: No Telehealth: No Job Responsibilities: Function as sole provider covering ED and Med/Surg at MercyOne Elkader Number of Physicians: 2 Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 1 Supervision of APP(s) expected: No Nursing Support: 1 provider, 2 RNs Ancillary Staff per provider: 1 Paramedic, occasionally CNAs and NPNs Procedures offered in the practice: Emergency Care, Inpatient, Skilled Care Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 2 Medical Imaging: Yes Lab & Pharmacy: Yes Clinic Provider Daily Volume: ER average 3.6 patients Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Med/Surg 1.4 patients EMR: EPIC Facility Reimbursement: Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees) Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class.
