Start Date: 2/1/26
Contract Length: 6 months possibly longer
Shift Details: 12 or 24 hour shifts
Schedule: 10-12 shifts per month
Work Details:
- Support staff: RN and other specialty docs
- Amount of coverage needed per month: 10 -12 shifts per month
- Patients per day: Annual volume 5500
- Patient population/age: all ages
- Department description: Critical Access Hospital
- EMR: CPSI
- Hospital bed size: 25 bed hospital; 5 bed ED

Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Requirements:
- Board Certification: required - ABEM or ABFM/IM accepted. If FM/IM they must have extensive EM experience.
- State license required: required
- DEA: required
Certifications preferred:
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS,
- Minimum experience required: 2 years
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
- Willing To License?: YES (IMLC only)
