• Role: Sole provider covering ED + Med/Surg

• Team:

  • 2 Physicians | 1 APP (no supervision required)

  • 2 RNs, 1 Paramedic, occasional CNAs/NPNs

• Patient Volume:

  • ER: ~3.6 patients/day

  • Med/Surg: ~1.4 census

• Procedures: Emergency, inpatient, and skilled care

• Support Services: Imaging, lab, pharmacy onsite

• EMR: EPIC

• Board Certified EM Physician

• Active IA License

• DEA & IA CSR in hand
