Locums – Eau Claire & Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Emergency Medicine Job

Start Date: Holiday coverage beginning December 2025, with ongoing needs expected Contract Length: Ongoing

Schedule & Shift Details: Coverage needed for both Eau Claire and Rice Lake. Orientation: First day will be a full orientation (Mon–Fri) before first scheduled shift.

Eau Claire Needs:

• Dec 24–28 (days)

• Dec 24–25 (nights)

• Dec 25–26 (mids)

• Jan 1 (day)

• Jan 1–2 (mids)

Eau Claire Shift Times:

• 6:30am–6:30pm

• 6:30pm–6:30am

• 11:00am–11:00pm

• APC shift: 8:00am–8:00pm

Rice Lake Needs:

• Dec 25–26 (days)

• Dec 31 (day & night; 24-hour shift available)

• Jan 1 (day)

Rice Lake Shift Times:

• 6:30am–6:30pm

• 6:00pm–6:30am

• APC shift: 10:00am–10:00pm

Position Overview: Locums providers will cover both Eau Claire and Rice Lake, supporting additional holiday staffing and continued coverage thereafter. Newborns may be delivered in the ED; facility has L&D onsite. High patient volume with more than 20,000 annual visits. Multiple providers will be accepted.

Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible

• FM or UC experience accepted; ABEM not required

• AHA Certification required

• Trauma Level III

• EMR: Cerner
