Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Clinical Information:
- Will be working alone
- Number of Patients: 2 patients/hour
- Daily Census: 26 encounters/day in 24 hour period
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- Family Medicine with EM experience
- Active FL License
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
- FT ER work for the past three years with 6000 hrs cumulative
