Locums | NP/PA Urgent Care | No Call | Garner, NC 10 minutes to Raleigh, NC Why This Role

  • Provide comprehensive Urgent Care coverage for patients of all ages
  • Work independently as the sole onsite provider with dedicated support staff
  • Join an established outpatient center with ongoing, flexible scheduling
Assignment Details Coverage Type: No Call Setting: Outpatient (Urgent Care) Schedule: 12-hour shifts; ongoing need Patient Volume: Avg. 20 per day (up to 40) Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing EMR: Epic Support Staff: Center Manager, MA, PSA, offsite Supervising Physician Credentialing: ~20 days Requirements Board Certified PA or NP (Family or Acute Care) Active NC license Minimum 12 months of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience Certification: BLS Proficiency with Epic EMR Clinical Details Patient Volume: Average 20 per day (up to 40) Patient Ages: 6 months and older Case Types: Acute illness, minor injuries, adult and pediatric urgent care Procedures: I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, splinting, and other minor urgent care procedures Environment: Single-provider model with onsite support staff Compensation Rates: $85/hour Malpractice: Provided Travel: Mileage reimbursed only
